Important responsibilities in this role will include:

• Work directly to support one of our clients, Morgan Stanley, by working with their Research team.
• Conduct report-writing including company profiles, earning notes, quarterly updates, initiating coverage reports, sector reports, newsletters technology primers, theme-based reports, etc.
• Collect relevant financial data using websites and other secondary sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and other databases.
• Collaborate with the research data team.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, data quality, and consistency.
• Handle ad-hoc research requests as per client requirements.

Skills we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience with conducting equity or financial research in the financial services industry.
• Experience working with financial databases (Bloomberg, Factset, CapitalIQ, etc.)
• Experience working with datasets.
• Experience with financial analysis and report writing.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA Skills.
• Excellent reading comprehension skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Very strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new skills, develop an understanding of new domains, and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
